Everyday Care: An Intimate Documentary Series for HealthWell

HealthWell wanted to move beyond statistics and annual-report language to show the genuinely human side of their community care programs. They asked for honest, first-person stories — not actors, not scripts, but the real patients and caregivers who live the work every day.

Working closely with HealthWell’s care teams, we spent time identifying participants whose stories were both representative and willingly shared, and we built a consent-first process that protected everyone’s dignity throughout production.

The brief was as much about ethics and trust as it was about craft, and that shaped how we approached every interview.
